I Get To See “Unca Gibby”

Posted in Uncategorized on August 3, 2009 by amienewman

My friends Alex and Jon had a barbecue and I got to see a few other people I new they consisted of Gibson a.k.a. Unca Gibby, Jessixa, Aaron, Deardra, Chris, Tilia, Pelly, my uncle Evan and his girl friend Onasha.

Pretty much the whole time Pelly was running around naked and at one point Tilia pooped while she was naked outside.

The barbecue was pretty fun and tiring.

Afterwords me and my mom and dad invited my uncle and his girlfriend over to watch “Curb Your Enthusiasum”.I got to watch one episode then I went to sleep and that was nice.

THE END

Henry Selick’s “CORALINE”

Today I went over to my grand parents house (Roz and Bob a.k.a. nana and papa) and just hung out in there basement and watched Neil Gaiman’s “Coraline”.

The reason I was down in the basement all day was because it was a record breaking 103 degrees in Seattle (where I live).

In the afternoon it cooled of a little bit it was 90 degrees, so my family and I went swimming at mount baker beach. The water felt so nice after the hottest day in the history of Seattle. After you got in  the water you couldn’t even feel the heat outside of it.

But of corse we could not stay that long because I had a play I was going to with my Dad, the play was based on a true story it was called “Catch If You Can” and apparently it was the “WORLD PREMIERE” so totally different than the regular one. Anyway it was a pretty good play exeptfor a few songs that where about something like making butter out of cream they where kind of cheesy.

And that was my day yesterday!

Sweltering Seattle

Today my sister, babysitter and I went to go see the new movie “G-force”. It was okay, I would give it a 3 1/2 out of 5.

Here is a interesting story that happened to my family yesterday: So my sister Aliyah and I were playing catch in our yard and my mom was out there withe us. This person drives up in a car and when she gets out a pitbull puppy is at her feet. She asks us “Do you know anyon around here with a missing pit puppy.” We answer with a no. We all come out to look and admire the puppy and so my family decides to take it in. MY sisters puppy Butterfly loves the little pit and my other dog Sadie doesn’t really care. We have the pitbull puppy for about 15 then my mom starts dialing the animal rescue center number and me and my sister start playing again outside, then a tall african american teenager walks a long and is like “Thats my dog.” and so I go running in to tell my mom that the owner’s here. She comes running out and sadly hands the little pup to the owner and he thanks us.

This story has a little bit of a mysterious ending but it is all true.

Now for a album review (thanks Jeremy) todays review is on Green Day’s “21st CENTURY BREAKDOWN”:

Okay I’m going to copy this review of the movie “THIS IS SPINAL TAP” and you have to read this review in a british accent cause it makes it sound funnier simply two words GREAT ALBUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

bye bye

Today’s Today Happens To Be Today

Hi my name’s Elijah Newman, I’m 10 years old.

Today in Seattle it was 88 degrees and it felt way hotter than it really was and the weather kind of made you want to kill yourself.

The stuff my family and I did today were kind of bland. We went to the beach and donated my bike to this non-profit organization and bought live crickets for my two toads. So you can see that a ten year old boy did NOT find that a “SUPER DUPER BLAST”.

This blog is the first blog I have ever had and so far so good I mean don’t you think.

Also one more thing you can check out my mom’s blog at :amienewman.wordpress.com .

bye everybody!
